NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Chelmsford City Council acting on behalf of the South Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an agreement dated 31 March 2011 (and subsequently varied by Deed of Variation on 15 June 2011 and 27 July 2012) proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2 (1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49, 53 and Paris III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the Order: All measurements are taken as accurately as possible and are taken from the extended kerb line unless stated otherwise.

. To revoke all Permit D, M & X parking restrictions on the following lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon and substitute with those listed in the below Articles:

2. To revoke No Waiting Mon-Sat 9am-5pm parking restrictions on the following lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon and substitute with those listed in the below Articles:

3. To introduce 'Permit Holders Only, Zone D, Mon-Sat 9am-5pm' on the following lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon:

This proposed Order may be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by creating tile numbers:

Further details: A copy of the draft Order, the plans of the restrictions, and the Order to be amended, together with a copy of this Notice and a Statement of Reasons for proposing the Order, are available at Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1JE and Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex SS141DL where they may be inspected and examined during normal office hours, or online at: www.chelmsford.gov.uk/tros If you wish to object to the proposed Order, or write in support of it, you should either send an email to trafficreg@chelmsford.gov.uk or write to the undersigned, stating the reasons for your objection or support, by 02 December 2021. Any such representations will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under sections 100A-100K & Schedule 12 of the Local Government Act 1972 if and when a report is made to the South Essex Parking Partnership Sub Committee.
