PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF LAND AT BANBURY HOUSE, BUSHELL WAY, CHISLEHURST, BRINDLEY WAY, BR7 6SF AND NOTICE UNDER SECTION 203 OF THE HOUSING AND PLANNING ACT 2016.
THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO APPROPRIATE THE LAND AT THE PROPERTY REFERRED TO IN THIS NOTICE IN ORDER TO FACILITATE A HOUSING DEVELOPMENT.
PURSUANT TO Section 203 OF THE HOUSING AND PLANNING ACT 2016 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Bromley intends to appropriate the land located at Banbury House, Bushell Way, Chislehurst, Brindley Way, BR7 6SF.
The site comprises of approximately 0.2944 hectares (2944m2). The proposed regeneration scheme consists of the erection of 25 residential homes pursuant to the planning permission granted under reference PP-08749320 or 20/02903/FULL1 in January 2021. Any representations regarding the proposed appropriation are to be made in writing to Housing, Planning & Regeneration Department, Bromley Council, Civic Centre, St Blaise, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH or by email to

housing.development@bromley.gov.uk

and addressed to Bromley Regeneration referencing Bushell Way Development. This is to be received no later than Wednesday September 29th, 2021.
