1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton made the above-mentioned Orders on 7 June 2021 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.



2. The general effect of the Orders will be to Introduce or amend In certain locations the following parking and waiting changes:-



(a) no waiting at any time (double yellow line) restrictions.

(c) Introduce Disabled Person's Parking Place operating Wednesday and Thursday between 7pm and 10pm and Saturday and Sunday between 9am and 5pm In Queen's Road outside Kingdom Hall



(d) Introduce limited waiting operating Monday to Saturday between 8am and 1 pm max stay 30 minutes no return 2 hours on the east side of access road adjacent to No 9 Grosvenor Road



NOTE for the proposals advertised on 25 February 2021 for the following locations these have been withdrawn o north side of Melbourne Road between Manor Road and No 3 o eastern end of Mint Road

o Lavender Road across accesses adjacent to No 1 and No 2 o north side of Parkgate Road outside No 6 - 18

(e) amend the map-based tiles to the schedule attached to The Sutton (Charged for Parking Places) Order 2017 and to The Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) Order 2017 to match conditions as they exist on site.



3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 26 July 2021 and of the Orders that will be revoked or amended by these Orders, the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders may be inspected at the Council's Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1EA between 9am and 5pm on Monday to Friday.



4. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any Instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.



5. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of London Borough of Sutton by the powers conferred under section 15 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1974 is designation certain sections of the footway in Leechcroft Road as areas which are exempt from the aforementioned powers. The areas in question are discrete lengths adjacent to Nos. 47 and 52 Burleigh Avenue occupying a width of 1 metre of the footway.
