ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
CLIFTON ROAD. SOUTH NORWOOD
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to Install a new gas service, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Clifton Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, parking in Clifton Road will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time" on both sides of the road from a point 15 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos. 13a and 15 Clifton Road to a point 15 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos. 13a and 13 Clifton Road.

3. The Order will come into operation on 22 February 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 02 March 2021. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CRANBOURNE CLOSE. NORBURY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new water service connection they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements in Cranbourne Close.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Cranbourne Close will be closed at its junction with Pollards Hill South.

3. During the closure limited access for residents will be maintained.

4. The Order will come into operation on 19 February 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

SCARBROOK ROAD. CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install new water and sewerage connections they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements in Scarbrook Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Scarbrook Road will be closed between its junctions with Wandle Road and Mann Close.

3. During the closure the alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via Charles Street and Church Road, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 19 February 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within 15 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

FOUNTAIN ROAD & PARCHMORE ROAD. THORNTON HEATH
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING & PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new gas main, they propose to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit parking and pedestrian traffic in Fountain Road and Parchmore Road, Thornton Heath.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

I) Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced, operating "at any time" in the locations below.
a) Fountain Road - both sides between its junction with Parchmore Road and the north-eastern boundary of No.7 Fountain Road.
b) Parchmore Road - the south-west side outside Nos. 163 to 167.
II). The north-western footway of Fountain Road will be closed between the junction with Parchmore Road and No.2 Fountain Road and pedestrians will be diverted to the opposite footway.

3. The Order will come into operation on the 08 March 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within seven days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

5. The prohibitions will not apply to any vehicle or person involved in carrying out the said works, to any vehicle used for police, ambulance or fire brigade purposes, or to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

PARK ROAD. SOUTH NORWOOD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning works they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit parking in Park Road, South Norwood.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time in Park Road between its junction with Whitehorse Lane and a point 14 metres south­east of that junction.

3. The Order will come into operation on 10 March 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out with one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

VIRGINIA ROAD. THORNTON HEATH
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to exchange a district meter on behalf of Thames Water, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit traffic in Virginia Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Virginia Road will be closed at its junction with Green Lane.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative routes for diverted traffic will be via Green Lane, St. Oswald's Road, Brickfield Road and Virginia Road or via Virginia Road, Brickfield Road, Florida Road and Green Lane, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 08 March 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within four days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
