Take notice that an application is being made by London South East Colleges (LSEC) and London and Quadrant (L&Q) for planning permission for: Demolition of existing buildings and structures and construction of a 5-storey college (Use Class F.1) building of5,486sqm (GIA) floorspace with student cafe and 6 blocks ranging from 5 to 13 storeys providing 294no. residential dwellings (Use Class C3) and 325sqm (GIA) flexible non-residential floorspace (Use Classes E/F.1/F.2), together with associated landscaping, play space, access, refuse and recycling storage, car and cycle parking, public realm improvements and associated works.
