NOTICE RE MISSING LANDLORD/ FREEHOLDER 21 MELBOURNE ROAD WALLINGTON SURREY SM6 8SH LEASEHOLD REFORM ACT 1967
To: Whomever it may concern We, Tamtree Properties Limited and Lipley holdings limited are the long tenant of the house and premises at 21 Melbourne Road Wallington Surrey SM6 8SH (the "House") having title number SGL55998 at HM Land Registry. Our lease is dated 22nd May 1868 and was made between (1) The Reverend Edward Francis Beynon and (2) James Abraham Foot for a term of 300 years from 24th June 1853.

2. We wish to exercise our rights under Part I of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 and desire to purchase the freehold of the House but we do not know the identity of our landlord.

3. We are therefore trying to locate the freeholder of the House and should be grateful if anyone has any knowledge in this regard could please contact us on 07932 974 589 or via email to
