NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123(2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 - DISPOSAL OF LAND COMPRISING OPEN SPACE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Bromley (The Council) Is Intending to dispose of the area of land (The Land) described In the Schedule to this Notice in order to regenerate the Concert Platform in Crystal Palace Park. The Land forms part of open space.

Before making any further decision on the disposal of the Land, the Council will consider any objections or written representations received. All objections or written representations should be submitted by email to

quoting reference 'Disposal of Land, Concert Platform, Crystal Palace Park', and must arrive no later than 5.00pm on Wednesday 25th November, 2020.
