NOTICE OF A DIRECTION TO BE MADE UNDER ARTICLE 4(1) OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT) ORDER 2015 AS AMENDED.

The London Borough of Bromley is proposing to make a Direction that will apply to Land at Crayfield Business Park Office Cluster and will come into effect on the date shown at the bottom of this notice.
The effect of the Direction will be that Development consisting of a change of use of a building and any land within its curtilage from a use falling within Class B1(a) (offices) of the Schedule to the Use Classes Order, to a use falling within Class C3 (dwellinghouses) of that Schedule is no longer permitted development and shall not be carried out within the area to which the Direction applies, unless planning permission is granted by the Council. Currently, such an alteration is classed as 'permitted development' under Class O of Part3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 as amended.
