CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14, AS AMENDED
DINGWALL ROAD, CROYDON - TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC AND PARKING
4. During the prohibition referred to in paragraph 2 above, displaced traffic will be diverted via local streets as appropriate.

5. The Order will come into operation on the 29 June 2020 and the Order will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner.

(Note: The provisions of the Order will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002. (Access for frontagers will be maintained as far as possible whilst the work proceeds).

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991

LOW TRAFFIC INITIATIVES HOLMESDALE ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that due to the likelihood of danger to the public during the current Covid-19 pandemic, they have made an Order for purposes connected to the coronavirus, which are to facilitate safer access for residents to their streets and enable them to exercise and maintain social distancing.

2. Whilst the restrictions remain in force the effect of the Order will be:-

(a) to close the roads or sections of road listed in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice to vehicular traffic at their junctions with the roads listed in Column 2 of that Schedule;

(b) to suspend parking in small sections of the roads listed in the Schedule to this Notice as necessary to provide turning areas where waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time".

3. The Order will come into operation on 26 June 2020 and will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months.

4. Whilst the closures are in force, the diversion routes for traffic will be as follows.

Holmesdale Road junction with Park Road
Via Holmesdale Road, Upper Grove, Selhurst Road and Park Road.

Holmesdale Road junction with Oliver Grove

Via Holmesdale Road, Oliver Grove, High Street, South Norwood Hill and Holmesdale Road. Or via Holmesdale Road, Oliver Avenue, Dixon Road, Elm Park Road, South Norwood Hill and Holmesdale Road.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) a pedal cycle;

(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a civil enforcement officer;

(d) a vehicle being used for the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency, such as the loss of supplies of gas, electricity or water to premises in the area, which necessitates the bringing of vehicles into a section of road to which the order applies.

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate new utility connection works, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to:

a) introduce one-way traffic for the duration of works in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the schedule
b) temporary closure to vehicular traffic those streets or lengths of streets specified
temporary close any adjoining streets to those specified in the schedule to vehicular traffic where this is considered necessary to facilitate the work in progress
d) temporarily introduce banned turns or waiting restrictions at any time should this be required
e) Any other temporary traffic management measures as required to facilitate the new utility connection works.

2. Wherever the work happens to be in progress in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice, no person may cause or permit any vehicle to

(a) proceed in a direction other than that indicated by a traffic sign, or

(b) proceed in any street or length of street which may at the time be subject to a road closure until the completion of the work allows.

3. Whilst the provisions of the Order remain in force, waiting or loading by vehicles will be prohibited at any time in those streets specified where work is in progress. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction on waiting imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
