THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (WYCOMBE DISTRICT) (CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2014) (AMENDMENT NO. 1044) ORDER 2020
Notice is hereby given that on 6th March 2020, Buckinghamshire County Council made the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on 13th March 2020, is to introduce waiting restrictions along Commonside and Plomer Green Avenue in Downley, as specified in the schedule below.
A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury and during normal opening hours at Downley Community Centre.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from 6th March 2020 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Chapman Lane, Bourne End in the Parish of Little Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Chapman Lane from The Close for a distance of approximately 121 metres. Alternative route: Chapman Lane, Green Dragon Lane, Blind Lane, Marlow Road, Elm Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water service pipe repair works take place commencing on 6 April 2020 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 April 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 13 March 2020
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Hollow Way Lane, Chesham Bois in the Parish of Chesham Bois CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hollow Way Lane from Gayton Close for approximately 50 metres. Alternative route: Bois Lane, Bois Moor Road, Bois Hill, Moor Road, Waterside, Latimer Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water relay long service pipe works take place commencing on 6 April 2020 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 April 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 13 March 2020
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Dobsons Lane, Fawley in the Parish of Fawley CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Dobsons Lane for a distance of approximately 240m. Alternative route: Roundhouse Lane, Dudley Lane, Cockslease Lane, Unnamed--single Carriageway (36212234), Unnamed-- single Carriageway(36205837), Bosmore Lane, Church Lane, Dobsons Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach ducting works take place commencing on 23 March 2020 between 08:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 March 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 13 March 2020
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Valley Road, Hughenden in the Parish of Hughenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Valley Road for a distance of approximately 2136 metres. Alternative route: Cryers Hill Road, Missenden Road, Wycombe Road, High Street, Martinsend Lane, Link Road, Missenden Bypass, London Road, Amersham Road, Amersham Bypass, Whielden Lane, Penn Road, Amersham Road, Amersham Hill, Crendon Street, Easton Street, Queen Victoria Road, Abbey Way Gyratory, Abbey Way, Arch Way, Glenisters Road, Hughenden Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst rainline surfacing works take place commencing on 1 April 2020 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 1 April 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 13 March 2020
