The Licensing Act 2003 (Section 5) requires every Licensing Authority to prepare and publish a statement of its Licensing Policy every 5 years.

The London Borough of Lewisham, in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 is giving notice of consultation on the revised Statement of Licensing Policy 2020-25. The consultation can be found on the Council's website at
