LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON HOUSING, PLANNING AND REGENERATION NOTICE OF CONSULTATION Draft Affordable Housing and Financial Viability SPD (Supplementary Planning Document) Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Sutton has published the Draft Affordable Housing and Financial Viability SPD for public comment. Representations are being invited until Sunday, 22 December 2019. Draft Affordable Housing and Financial Viability SPD has been produced to provide further details on how Sutton's affordable housing policy will be applied and how the council will assess financial viability appraisals that are submitted with planning applications. The aim of this is to strengthen the council's negotiating position in order to maximise affordable housing delivery from private sites.
