ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
BECKFORD ROAD, CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to Install a new gas service, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Beckford Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will be in operation "at any time" in the following locations:-

(a) Beckford Road, the north-east side, between the common boundary of Nos. 135 and 137 and the north-western boundary of No. 157 Beckford Road;
lb) Beckford Road, the south-west side, between the common boundary of Nos. 84 and 86 and the north-western boundary of No. 104 Beckford Road.
3. The Order will come into operation on 15 July 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately five days between 7.30am and 4.30pm. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works; (a) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CARGREEN ROAD & LAWRENCE ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING & TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to dismantle a tower crane they have made an Order to the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Cargreen Road and Lawrence Road, South Norwood.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

- Cargreen Road will be closed between Station Road and Lawrence Road;

- Lawrence Road will be closed between Cargreen Road and Selhurst Road;

- Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time'' in the above sections of Cargreen Road and Lawrence Road;

- Any other traffic management measures required to facilitate the works will be introduced as necessary.

3. Whilst the restrictions are in force the diversion route for traffic will be via Lawrence Road, Station Road and Selhurst Road as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 15 July 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately two days between 7.30am an 7.30pm each day. However, back up dates of 22 and 23 July, and 29 and 30 July will apply if the works are delayed and the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

GRASMERE ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate cabling and ducting works on behalf of BT, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Grasmere Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

(a) Grasmere Road will be closed to vehicular traffic between its junction with Portland Road and the common boundary of Nos. 6 and 8 Grasmere Road;
(b) Footway closures will apply within the above section of Grasmere Road with pedestrians diverted to a walkway in the carriageway.
3. During the works parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions operating "at any time" will be introduced between the common boundary of Nos. 2 and 4 and the common boundary of Nos. 12 and 14 Grasmere Road.

4. Whilst the closures are in place the diversion routes for traffic will be as specified below.

(a) From Portland Road - via Belmont Road, Albert Road and Grasmere Road.

(b) From Grasmere Road - via Cumberland Road, Spring Lane and Portland Road.

5. The Order will come into operation on 28 July 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately ten days between 8am and 6pm. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

6. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

HEATH ROAD, THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer repair works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Heath Road, Thornton Heath.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Heath Road will be closed between its junctions with Norfolk Road and Furze Road.

3. Whilst the closure is in force the diversion route for traffic will be via Norfolk Road, St. Paul's Road and Manchester Road as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 29 July 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately twelve days between 8am and 5pm each day. However, the Order will remain

in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

BENSHAM MANOR ROAD, MELFORT ROAD AND VICINITY THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer repair works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in the roads specified in this notice.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in the following locations:-

(a) Bensham Manor Road between its junctions with Brigstock Road and Seneca Road - between 3am and 5pm.

(b) Melfort Road between its junctions with Brigstock Road and Brook Road - between 1 am and 5am.

(c) Brigstock Road between its junctions with Melfort Road and Cotford Road. - between 1 am and 5am.

3. During the works parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions operating "at any time" will be introduced at the following locations:-

(a) In the short-term parking bay on the north-west side of Brigstock Road outside Nos. 70 to 76 Brigstock Road.

(b) In Boswell Road between the junctions with Brigstock Road and Seneca Road (both sides).

(c) In Seneca Road between the junctions with Bensham Manor Road and Boswell Road (both sides).

(d) In Brigstock Road between the junctions with Parchmore Road and Brook Road (both sides).

(e) In Parchmore Road between the junctions with Brigstock Road and Beulah Road (both sides).

(f) In Parchmore Road, outside Nos. 48 to 60 Parchmore Road.

4. Whilst the works are taking place any other traffic management measures required to facilitate them will be introduced as necessary.

5. Whilst the closures are in place the diversion routes for traffic will be as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

6. The Order will come into operation on 26 July 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately five weeks. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

7. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

MILTON AVENUE, CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate construction works they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict pedestrian traffic in Milton Avenue.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place the south-western footway of Milton Avenue will be closed between a point opposite the south-eastern boundary of No. 52 Milton Road and a point opposite the south-eastern flank wall of Nos. 1 to 19 Milton Avenue.

3. Whilst the closure is in place the alternative route for pedestrians will be via the opposite footway, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 12 July 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within four months. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any person involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
