The London Borough of Merton The Merton (Prescribed Route) (No.1) Traffic Order 2019
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, on 3 July 2019, made the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles, the maximum gross weight of which exceed 7.5 tonnes, from turning left into Streatham Road from London Road.

3. A copy of the Order, which will come into force on 15 July 2019, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including a plan specifying the lengths of road affected by the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS THE MERTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION)
(AMENDMENT NO. 468) ORDER 2019 THE MERTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION)
(WIMBLEDON VILLAGE) (NO. 2) ORDER 2019
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, on 3 July 2019, made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the "Waiting and Loading Amendment'' Order will be to further amend existing Merton waiting and loading restriction orders so that waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle for 20 minutes) will be prohibited at any time in the lengths of roads or lengths of roads listed in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. The general effect of the "Waiting and Loading Wimbledon Village Order will be to:

(a) revoke the Merton (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Wimbledon Village) Order 2019, and

(b) reintroduce its provisions with amendments so that waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle for 40 minutes) will be prohibited at any time in Denmark Road, the north-east side, from a point 16.0 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Ridge Road, south­eastward for a distance of 4.5 metres.

4. A copy of the Orders, which will come into force on 15 July 2019, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans specifying the roads or lengths of roads affected by the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the "Waiting and Loading" Orders would be to further amend existing Merton waiting and loading restriction orders so that-

(a) waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle for 20 minutes) would be prohibited at any time in the roads or lengths of roads described in the Schedule to this Notice;

(b) lengths of waiting restrictions totalling 8.5 metres would be removed from Byards Croft, the east side;

(c) waiting restrictions in Plummer Lane match the on-street layout.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans which indicate the lengths of roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

4. Any person desiring to make representations or to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections and the grounds thereof, to the Environment and Regeneration Department at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, or alternatively by email to
