TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ORDER 2019 (Arlington Close, Sidcup) NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable FM Conway's on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to undertake Highway improvement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of no waiting and no loading outside 14 to 21 Arlington Close, both sides of the carriageway and around the roundabout also a road closure for vehicular traffic in Arlington Close outside K.Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles if required.

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable FM Conway's on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to undertake Highway improvement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of no waiting and no loading outside 14 to 21 Arlington Close, both sides of the carriageway and around the roundabout also a road closure for vehicular traffic in Arlington Close outside K.Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles if required.

2. The Order will come into effect on 24th June 2019 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However; the works are expected to be completed within 10 days.



3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative route will be required.



4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the Direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.



5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by theTraffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable FM Conway's on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to undertake Highway improvement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of no waiting and no loading in Ridgecroft Close, Bexley the entire length.also a road closure to vehicular traffic from the junction ofWansunt Road to outside number 11 .Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles only.

I The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable FM Conway's on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to undertake Highway improvement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of no waiting and no loading in Oxleas Close outside I to 9 both sides of the carriageway, also a road closure to vehicular traffic in Oxleas Close outside 4 and 5.

2. The Order will come into effect on 24th June 2019 and is valid for a period of 18 months. Howeverthe works are expected to be completed within 5 working days.



3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative route will be required.
