LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003 (Amendment No. 192) Order 2019. The Bromley (Controlled Parking) (On Street Places) Order 2004 (Amendment No. 113) Order 2019. (Various Locations)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 21st May 2019 made the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6,45,46,49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985, and of all other powers thereunto enabling, which will come intc operation on 10th June 2019.
The effect of the Orders would be to:-
(a) introduce/extend waiting restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice;

(b) remote the waiting restrictions on the north side of Lubbock Road, Chislehurst from the party wall ol Nos. 23 & 25 westwards lor a distance of 12m;

(c) introduce tree parking places as specified in the Schedule to this notice.

A copy of the Orders may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Orders.
ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds mat it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
AVINGT0N GROVE, Penge, both sides, from the south western kerbline of High Street, Penge south westwards for a distance of 8m.
CHELSFIELD ROAD, Orpington, (a) the north east side, (i) from a point 11 m north west of the north western kerbline of Derry Downs (western arm) south eastwards to a point 10m south east of the south eastern kerbline of Derry Downs (western arm); (ii) from a point 10m north west of the north western kerbline of Derry Downs (eastern arm) south eastwards to a point 10m south east of the south eastern kerbline of Derry Downs (eastern arm); (iii) from a point 1.5m south east of the party wall of Nos. 47 & 49 south eastwards to the party wall of Nos. 51 & 53; (b) the south west side, (i) from the party wall of Nos. 18 & 20 south eastwards to a point 7m north west of the party wall of Nos. 22 & 24; (ii) from a point 3m north west of the party wall of Nos. 34 & 36 south eastwards to a point 3m south east of a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 27 & 29; (iii) from a point 10m north west of the north western kerbline of Killewarren Way south eastwards to a point 10m south east of the south eastern kerbline of Killewarren Way.
DERRY DOWNS, St. Mary Cray, (a) the western arm, both sides, from the north eastern kerbline of Chelsfleld Road north eastwards for a distance of 10m; (b) the eastern arm, both sides, from the north eastern kerbline of Chelsfield Road north eastwards for a distance of 10m.
EDMUND ROAD, Orpington, (a) the north west side, from the south western kerbline of Chelsfield Road south westwards for a distance of 11 m; (b) the south east side, from the south western kerbline of Chelsfield Road south westwards for a distance of 10m.
FARLEIGH AVENUE, Hayes, the south west side, from a point 8m north west of the north western kerbline of Wensum Place south eastwards to a point 8m south east of the south eastern kerbline ofWensum Place.
HAYWOOD ROAD, Bromley, both sides, from the north western kerbline of Southlands Road north westwards for a distance of 7m.
HIGH STREET, Penge, the south west side, (i) from a point 5m north west of the north western kerbline of Parkside Close south eastwards to a point 1 m north west of the party wall of Nos. 72 & 74; (ii) from a point 6m north west of the north western kerbline of Avington Grove south eastwards to a point 6m south east of the south eastern kerbline of Avington Grove.
KILLEWARREN WAY, Orpington, both sides, from the south western kerbline of Chelsfield Road south westwards for a distance of 10m.
KINGS ROAD, Biggin Hill, the east side, from a point 6m south west of the southern kerbline of Rosehill Road northwards to a point 15m north of the northern kerbline of Rosehill Road.

PRESTONS ROAD, Hayes, the north west side, from the southern kerbline of Warren Road south westwards for a distance of 61 m.
ROSEHILL ROAD, Biggin Hill, the south side, from the south eastern kerbline of Kings Road eastwards to a point 1 m east of the eastern boundary of No. 1.
RUTLAND WAY, St. Mary Cray, both sides, from the north eastern kerbline of Chelsfield Road northwards for a distance of 10m.
SOUTHLANDS ROAD, Bromley, the north west side, from a point 13m south west of the south western kerbline of Haywood Road north eastwards to the party wall of Nos. 143 & 145.
STOCK HILL, Biggin Hill, the south west side, from the north western kerbline of Lebanon Gardens north westwards to a point 4m south east of the common boundary of Nos. 1 & 3.
TENT PEG LANE, Petts Wood, (a) the south west side, from the north western kerbline of Crest View Drive north westwards to its extremity; (b) the north east side, from the north western kerbline of Crest View Drive north westwards and north eastwards to the rear common boundary of Nos. 32 & 34 Crest View Drive.
WENSUM PLACE, Hayes, both sides, (i) from the northern kerbline of Mounthurst Road north eastwards for a distance of 10m; (ii) from the south western kerbline of Farleigh Avenue south westwards for a distance of 15m.

LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED - Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC WHARTON ROAD BROMLEY NOTICE OF INTENTION
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to repair a water leak THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Wharton Road Bromley will be closed to through traffic for up to three days from Monday 24th June 2019. The point of the closure will be at the junction with Palace Road.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:- Palace Road, North Road
2. THE Order will come into effect on Monday 24th June 2019 with no specified finish date.

3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.

4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works

5. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

6. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the actual works will take up to three days to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

7. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

NOTICE OF INTENTION
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to repair a water leak THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Polestepple Hill Biggin Hill will be closed to through traffic for up to three days from Wednesday 26th June 2019. The point of the closure will be in between the junctions ol Falcons Close and Mount Pleasant.
The existing permanent Traffic Order which allows the operation of one-way traffic in Polesteeple Hill Biggin Hill (between the junctions of Mount Pleasant and Sunningvale Avenue) is suspended during the closure period, which will allow two-way traffic movements whilst the restriction is in place. Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Stock Hill
Sunningvale Avenue
2. THE Order will come into effect on Wednesday 26th June 2019 with no specified finish date.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER VARIOUS ROADS WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
1. THE Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order to allow Thames Water to complete essential water main replacement and repair work to be discharged in the streets listed in the Schedule below THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

(1) WAITING VEHICLES

No person shall, until the works are completed, cause or permit any vehicle to wait in any street specified in the Schedule to this Order, or any other street or part of a street adjacent thereto as may become necessary.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction on waiting imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986, or by the Council in accordance with the powers conferred upon it.
(2) PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

No person shall, until the works are completed, cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in any street specified in the Schedule to this Order, or any other street adjacent thereto.
(3) ONE-WAY WORKING

No person shall, until the works are completed, cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in any street specified in the Schedule to this Order, or any other street adjacent thereto, in a direction other than that indicated by traffic signs.
NB: During the prohibitions at (2) and (3) above, displaced traffic
will be diverted via local streets as appropriate. NB: The above prohibition at (3) will not apply to cul-de-sacs.
2. THE prohibitions referred to in Paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

1. NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Bromley intend to dispose of approximately 1.74 acres of the land at Bromley Civic Centre in connection with the proposed disposal and development of Joseph Lancaster House and Ann Springman House.

2. The land forms part of the Public Open Space at the Bromley Civic Centre Site.

3. Any person who wishes to object to this proposal shall do so in writing to the Director of Corporate Services, Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR 1 3UH (Ref 34) to arrive not later than 19 June 2019
