The Stopping Up of Highways (London Borough of Merton) (Land at Pincott Road, London, SW19 2NN) Order 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton of Civic Centre London Road Morden SM4 6HY (hereinafter called "the Council") has drafted an order pursuant to section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (hereinafter called "the Act") in respect of land measuring with a maximum length of 47.8 meters and maximum width of 6.3 meters and consisting of footpaths at Pincott Road, London, SW19 2NN in the London Borough of Merton
The effect of the Order would be that the said land would cease to be public highway
The Council is satisfied that it is necessary to stop up the part of Pincott Road, London, SW19 2NN which is the subject of this Order to allow the implementation of a planning permission granted by the Council on 5th October 2017 (ref. No. 16/ P3738) for a residential development including the land over which the footpaths run
The Council will formally consider any objections to the making of the Order which are submitted to it by 30th June 2019. Any objections must be in writing and sent to the South London Legal Partnership of at Gifford House 67c St Helier Avenue Morden SM4 6HY or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting reference CS LEG HB 525/114.
A copy of the Order and a map defining the land to which it relates can be inspected at the Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5X at all reasonable hours until the 29th June 2019
