Irene Peyto pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 notice is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Irene Peyto of 57 Hengist Road, Northumberland Heath, Erith, Kent, DA8 1EZ who died on the 7th July 2018 are required to send particulars in writing to R L Heron, 57 Dunlin Drive, St Mary's Island, Chatham, Kent, ME4 3JA on or before the 15th October 2018 after which date the executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice of.
