COOKE Frank (Francis), 85, formerly of Beckenham, Kent, assed away on 10th August after a short illness. Frank represented Eden Park Ward on Beckenham council and, later Bromley council in 1996-7. In 2008, he was mad an Honorary Alderman of Bromley. Frank retired from the council in 1998 and moved with his wife, Joy, to Minster-on-sea, Isle of Sheppey, where he lived quietly until shortly before his death. He leaves four children and eight grandchildren. Funeral mass at St Henry and St Elizabeth RC Church, Sheerness, at 12 noon on 6th September. All welcome. Family flowers only. Donations in his memory to Save the Elephants and the Alzheimer's Society.
