Everyone should have a hobby. They can help relieve stress, improve fitness, and most of all, let you have fun.
Another bonus, of course, is that it keeps you out of trouble, gets us "oh-so-troublesome teens" off the street, doing something we enjoy and getting something out of it, whilst not annoying anyone.
Most people, when thinking of something to have as a hobby can only think of say, sports, or playing computers, but quite a few people don't particularly want to do either.
There are thousands, millions of options for something to do in your free time, from animal-related things like bird-watching and riding, to cooking, DIY, and yes, some sports-based activity, like aerobics, football, dancing, parkour, rowing and more.
With all the activities out there, it's harder to think of something that you can't do.
There is a downside. If you're going to engage in some of the harder activities, you need to make sure that you firstly try to find someone who has a similar interest to train with, and then make absolutely sure that you know what you're doing, and know the extent of your abilities.

The last thing you want to do is injure yourself badly.
Make sure that you have fun, but be safe while doing it.
