Thamesmead's Pop in Parlour for the over 50's has been asked to help our Soldiers in Afghanistan by providing some of the things that are in short supply, including shower gel, soap, toothpaste, razors and light foods, e.g. packets of biscuits and pasta sauces.
A Sergeant Major from Woolwich Barracks will be collecting the items from the Pop in Parlour on Thursday 7 February.
If you would like to supply goods, please deliver them to the Pop in Parlour no later than midday on Wednesday 6 February.
