The Royal Air Forces Association Biggin Hill

THE 90th birthday of the Royal Air Force was celebrated by a special lunch organised by the Biggin Hill Branch of the RAF Association at the Park Wood Golf Club in Tatsfield.

Senior members of the Orpington branch also attended.

The Royal Air Force was formed on April 1, 1918. The role of the RAF Station at Biggin Hill as the hub of Fighter Command in the Battle of Britain has earned it a worldwide reputation.
