ON BEHALF of all the staff at the charity shop in Hatherley Road, Sidcup, we would like to give a big thank you to the gentleman who came into the shop on July 30 and handed us a large donation of money for our charity and left without giving us any details as to who he was.
This has restored our trust in human kindness, as only two weeks prior to this our shop was broken into and our till was stolen.
No money was taken as none is left on the premises.
We are a charity which works on behalf of the Canterbury Oast Trust, which gives support to those less fortunate than ourselves.
