THE F word. No I do not mean Gordon Ramsay's cooking programme, I actually mean the F word.
Britain has gone crazy with this disgusting swear word.
It seems to be the only word which is used to express how we feel in every circumstance, which is a real shame.

Old and young alike, upper, middle and working class - all around me all day, be it on a bus, in the shop, walking down the market, going into a cafe, going into a shopping centre - the
F word reigns supreme.
TV has made this word highly glamorous, popular and entertaining.
It is upsetting I cannot watch a film or
programme after 8pm without constantly hearing it.
What happened to the good old fashioned damn and blast curse words?
Why has the F word taken over the whole English vocabulary and the planet as we know it?
I should invest in a swear jar - I would be making lots of cash right now.
Am I the only person still left in Britain who finds this word extremely offensive and upsetting? I have just turned 40.
Let's go back to expressing ourselves in all circumstances in a more positive and less offensive manner.
We should put this disgusting F word back in the dark box of extreme expletives where it belonged years ago.
