Bad driver

I COULD not believe what I saw recently - a woman driver was going down Southborough Lane, Petts Wood, using her mobile in one hand and smoking a cigarette in the other, while steering with her elbows.

I HAVE received a letter from the permit parking section of the London Borough of Bromley, in which it is stated the cost of a parking permit has been increased from £25 to £35, an increase of 40 per cent.
