Bus driver boost

I MOST certainly agree with the bus driver's letter (Bus Driver Fed Up With Passengers' Questions, News Shopper, April 30). I think our bus drivers do a really good job, considering some of the pressures they are put under.

Parking responce

MAY I take this opportunity to respond to Bill Mason, of Dunbar Avenue, Beckenham, regarding parking permits (Permits Are Privileges, News Shopper, April 30). I do not believe he fully appreciates what a resident parking permit is.

Holocaust still part of school learning

FOLLOWING concerns expressed about Holocaust education in the UK (Holocaust Exclusion Is Absolute Disgrace, News Shopper, April 30), we would like to make clear, to our knowledge, the Holocaust is and will remain a mandatory component of the National Curriculum for history as it has been since 1991.
