The 1960's had such an impact on Briton, for a time this little island was one of the most coolest contrary in the world. During the social transformation in the UK you have to understand London was the number one place to be... Thanks to the change of government and the opening up of more work (Britons never had it so good): people had money for fashion, cars, going to the movies and naturally music. We even had the world cup in 1966...

The 60's was full to the brim of icons: Fashion statements from Twiggy, Alec Issigonis with the Mini, Sean Connery as the first incarnations as James Bond and the biggest name of them all (maybe) The Beatles.

Let It Be has attracted over 1 million audiences world wide, the tribute performers playing the very best and most loved Beatles classics ever played.

I remember going to see Let It Be at the Garrick Theater on the Saturday 25th April, afternoon preference at 3 pm. I have to admit I didn't know what to expect before the curten went up. But when it did there was no disappointments...

From opening scene to the final fall of the curtain the tribute band in there period costumes, detailed designed sets and colorful instruments featured so much entertainment, laugh out loud hummer, amazing recreations on stage and music so enjoyable to listen to preserving the warmth and nostalgia. But lets not get away from the Music! Le It Be featured some of the greatest Beatles music recorded. Songs such as: Drive My Car, Yesterday, Hey Jude, Come Together, Lucy In The Sky Of Diamonds, All you need is love (My favorite) and lest not forgetting Let It Be.

For me the most notable thing that hit me was when the curtain went up to show the set, costumes and instruments from the colorful and brash Sargent Pepper album! All i have to say is ''They don't make them like they use too''...
