ERITH: Wayne Jacobs runner-up in Song of Year competition

SINGER songwriter Wayne Jacobs has become a runner-up in the Song of the Year competition.
The competition receives entries from all over the world and the Erith civil servant was given the award for his song All Kids Need a Second Chance.
Wayne was also celebrating last week after making it through to the regional finals of Live and Unsigned on March 6.
He will be battling against hundreds of talented artists hoping for the chance to perform before a panel of celebrity judges and win a major recording contract.
