CHRIS Iwelumo left Charlton this afternoon after the club confirmed it had accepted an undisclosed offer from Championship rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Iwelumo was top scorer at The Valley last season with 10 goals and featured in every league fixture.

The 29-year-old made his 50th and final appearance for the club on the last day of the season having joined on a free transfer from Colchester United the previous summer.
