Canada Heights set to explode in excitement

GET ready for the deafening roar of revving engines as the starter drops his flag and the racers shoot off to gain an early advantage in the first round of the Maxxis British Motocross Championship.

This year's race for the coveted title kicks off at Canada Heights on March 11 and you can be there to experience the death-defying leaps and breakneck corner-taking.

The first race at the circuit near Swanley (signposted from junction three off the M25) starts at 12.30pm while practice starts at 9.30am.

Admission is £20 for adults and £10 concessions - this gets you a kick-ass trackside spot and a whole lot more besides.
