FOOTBALLERS from Ravensbourne School have completed a unique hat-trick by winning the Bromley District Cup in three different age categories.

The Year 10, Year 11 and the U18 squads all triumphed for the Bromley school in the borough-wide contest.

Goals from Dominic Lelliot, Joe Nolan and Grant Lye secured a 3-2 triumph over Darrick Wood for the Year 10 side coached by Mr Potter.

Mudiaga Wanogho and Billy Hudson were on target as Ravensbourne’s Year 11s edged out St Pauls 2-1.

And the treble was wrapped up by the U18s with a 3-1 victory against rivals Ravens Wood, the first time the school have won in this group in more than 20 years.

Riaz Colley gave Ravensbourne the lead against the run of play at the HSBC sports ground in Beckenham before their opponents equalised in the second half.

Ravenswood’s keeper got the final touch as Ravensbourne restored their lead with a scrappy goal from a corner and Andre Mason rounded the keeper five minutes from time to make the game safe.
