A DRAMATIC late winner from Eze Ebuzoeme secured the U13 north Kent Cup for St Columba’s School with a 1-0 victory over Beths Grammar in the final.
The game was a tight affair which saw both sides test the opposing keepers in the first half. Sean Doyle was in particularly good form for St Columba’s, making several important saves.
St Columba’s pressed hard in the second half but failed to create anything of quality until Callum Flynn’s long range strike hit the bar five minutes from time.
But with extra-time looming, the game was decided by a strong run into the area and finish by Ebuzoeme to win the trophy for St Columba’s.
