THIRTEEN teams of boys and girls from various primary schools took part in a tag rugby tournament at Old Colfeians RFC last week.
The overall winners were Holy Trinity School, Forest Hill, while Gordon School, Eltham, also booked a place in the Kent finals.
Brooklands School from Blackheath won the fair play award.
The festival forms part of a series of festivals across south east London and Kent, co-ordinated by Kent Rugby Football Union and supported by the Wooden Spoon Society.
Tournament director Dan Buckland said: "There was a lot of talent on display and all of the children were a credit to their schools."
Old Colfeians run rugby for children from the ages of six to 12 on Sunday mornings throughout the season.
