OLD Colfeians saw off a spirited Ruislip 14-5 in London Division One at Horn Park.
In a tight game that saw both sides making unforced errors despite the good conditions, Old Colfes led 6-5 at half-time with two penalties from James Poole against a Ruislip try.
Poole slotted over another penalty early in the second half, but the game was only made safe late on when Alan Bateson crashed over for an unconverted try.
The result sees OCs move ahead of Ruislip in the league table.
