The girls will represent Crystal Palace FC as the south of England winners at the national stadium when they face Tranmere during half-time of the Johnstone's paint final on March 30.
Darrick Wood booked their place after successfully overcoming Bristol Rovers 2-0, MK Dons 1-0 and Coventry 1-0 to top the group.
This set up a southern area final against the MK Dons and it was the Orpington side who emerged as 3-0 winners to book the Wembley date.
