Crystal Palace have agreed a fee to sign Everton striker Oumar Niasse, reports say.
Niasse, 27, has no future with the Toffees after being frozen out by boss Ronald Koeman.
The forward impressed in a loan spell with Hull last season despite their relegation from the top flight, scoring five times.
Palace and Brighton were believed to be battling it out for his signature, and according to TEAMtalk, the Eagles have had a £10m bid accepted by Everton.

If the deal goes through before the transfer window closes tonight, Niasse would provide much-needed competition to Christian Benteke.
Ex-Everton boss Roberto Martinez brought Niasse to Everton in a £13.5m deal in 2016, and the Senegal international failed to find his feet at Goodison Park.
But his stellar performances in a poor Hull side has reportedly convinced Eagles boss Frank de Boer to splash the cash on him.
