Crystal Palace flop Loic Remy is being chased by Everton, Southampton and Marseille.

Remy, who made just eight appearances in a loan spell with the Eagles last season, is surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge.

The French striker joined the Blues in an £8.5m deal in 2014, but has failed to hold down a regular starting spot.

And with Chelsea boss Antonio Conte trying to bring in another forward, Remy’s days in west London are numbered.

The Premier League champions feared it would be hard to offload the 30-year-old after his disappointing season with Palace.

But Everton and Southampton, along with former club Marseille are the surprise teams vying for his signature.

Remy made his name at Marseille scoring 27 goals in 68 league games, and it earned him a move to QPR, who he could not help beat the drop.

He went on to have a prolific top-flight season with Newcastle, before sealing a move to Chelsea.

Remy’s next move needs to be the right one if he is to have any chance of making the France squad for next summer’s World Cup.
