Everton are on the verge of signing Yannick Bolasie from Crystal Palace in a £25m deal, according to reports.
The Toffees have already reportedly seen a £18m offer rejected by Palace, who were holding out for a fee closer to the region of £30m.
But ESPN FC say Everton have responded with an improved bid and that the South Londoners have accepted their offer.
It is claimed Bolasie, 27, is now being allowed to hold talks with the club ahead of a medical.
The DR Congo international joined Palace in August 2012 and has since played 132 league games for the Eagles.
