West Ham and Crystal Palace are both keen on a move for Chelsea goalkeeper Asmir Begovic this summer, reports say.

The 28-year-old stopper has only played 13 league games for the Blues since signing from Stoke City last July.

The Bosnian has been unable to establish himself as the club’s No. 1 keeper and has been forced to act as Thibaut Courtois’ deputy.

Courtois, 23, is set to miss Chelsea’s next two games through suspension, giving Begovic an opportunity to impress incoming boss Antonio Conte.

The Sun says long-term admirers Everton are monitoring Begovic’s situation in west London, but Palace and West Ham have emerged as new suitors for his signature.

Palace’s first-choice keeper, Wayne Hennessey, has recovered from a dramatic loss of form and confidence but still carries a mixed reputation among fans.

Adrian has enjoyed a superb season at Upton Park but Slaven Bilic may hope Begovic provides the Spaniard with healthy competition ahead of a vital first season in the Olympic Stadium.
