Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger admits he is yet to decide which goalkeeper will start against Crystal Palace.

Colombian stopper David Ospina kept the No.1 jersey last week at West Ham but could not prevent the Hammers from scoring three goals in the high-scoring draw.

Wenger insists that Petr Cech, who made a move to north London from Chelsea in the summer, is still the club’s first-choice keeper.

The French boss said: “I have not decided on the team, and I’ll tell them first.

“Petr is our No.1 but Ospina is a fantastic goalkeeper. His numbers are exceptional in the Premier League and I felt Cech was just coming back.”

Alan Pardew’s Palace make the short journey to Arsenal having picked up five points from their last three games.

Wenger reckons the South Londoners are virtually safe from relegation and is wary of the Eagles’ attacking threat.

He added: “It’s a London derby. Crystal Palace, now, should be completely safe even if they may still need one or two points. But I think they got out of relegation trouble, nearly.

“They’re a team with a good offensive potential, with strong individuals like Bolasie, Zaha, Adebayor, Wickham, a big offensive force.

“So we have to rectify the fact we conceded at West Ham and come back to being strong defensively.”
