Former Arsenal and England midfielder Ray Parlour believes Crystal Palace defender Scott Dann must maintain his level of performance in the hope of attracting the attention of Roy Hodgson.
Despite being one of the most consistent defender’s in the Premier League since joining the Eagles last January, Dann has been constantly overlooked in his quest for an international call-up.
But Parlour, who made over 350 appearances for the Gunners and represented England on 10 occasions, insists the 28-year-old centre-back must continue working hard if England are going to come knocking.

“There are a few people being mentioned for England,” the 42-year-old said on talkSPORT.
“Scott Dann got the winning goal against Liverpool, and he's been solid. He's a good defender and he pops up with a few goals as well. So, he's got to have a chance.
“There are quite a few options there now at centre-back, but Dann's doing everything to give himself a chance. He just has to keep performing as well as he is.”
