GRAVESEND’S summer regatta took place last weekend at Gravesend Promenade.
Organised by the Gravesend regatta committee, the Rowers were representing TJ’s pub in Milton Road, The Waterloo pub in Wellington Street Gravesend and Gravesend Rowing Club.
And it was Gravesend RC who came out on top in a tight three-way contest with seven points ahead of TJ’s (six points) and The Waterloo (five points).
Committee member Tina Danbury said: “The results are close and the rowers fought hard.
“The regatta committee would like to thank the rowers who took part.”
