KEDDLES Gym’s Brazilian jiu-jitsu team were in action at the British BJJ open in Bournemouth last weekend.
The St Mary Cray gym had a nine-strong squad taking part in what was their first tournament and returned home with four medals in total.
Paul Catlin and Chris Villaret both won silvers, while there were bronzes for Dave and Tommy Fuller.
Keddles’ team is coached by native Brazilian black belt Rafael Villard who started his career in Kioto, Rio De Janeiro.
He is now a fully established resident coach mentoring classes three times a week.
