THIS Sunday, a martial arts seminar will be taking place in the Priory Lesiure Centre, in Tintagel Road, Orpington.
Hosting the event will be Stuart Rider, the London and District's representative for the Self-Defence Federation (UK), and 8th Dan Dave Turton will be down in Orpington to teach an open seminar.
Rider is a 3rd Dan in Street Defence Combat, the Federation's own stystem of martial arts, while Turton is officially the highest graded authentic self-defence instructor in the country.
This course is open to all martial artists and is an opportunity not to be missed.
