BRANDS Hatch is revving up for the start of the 2010 motorsport season with the arrival of the British Motorcycle Racing Club this weekend.

The BMCRC is the UK’s oldest motorcycling club and the organisation will kick off its 101st year of racing at Brands with more than 35 races from nine different categories.

Among the highlights will be the MRO Superteen series for up and coming young riders, which will include the inaugural outing of a special 80cc championship for 12-year-old rookies in 2010, as well as the Supersport and Stocksport 600 competitions.

There will also be three wheel action from the daredevil F1 and F2 sidecars, together with the MRO Powerbikes, 250MZs, Minitwins and a specific rookie contest for racing newcomers.
