Falconwood Social met Royall Oak Addicks, as the top two teams in the South London & Kent Pool Alliance first division and you would have thought there were more places between them given the 13-2 score line.

The match was over before the end of the second set, as Falconwood won all of the first ten frames but Addicks prevented the whitewash by picking up a couple of frames in the final set.

Apparently many frames could have gone either way and the result wasn't a fair reflection on the nature of the game.

The division leaders look to be dead certs for the title as they are now eighteen points clear at the top and Addicks are ten points ahead of their nearest rivals, Eltham Terrace Rack Pack.

Rack Pack reduced the gap to this after a wonderful team performance to beat Pickwick Academicals, 9-6.

Chris Unwin, Tony Frost and Dan O'Rourke all won two of their three frames but Ernie Wellhausen went one better with an unbeaten hat-trick.

Academicals felt they threw frames away but Dean Williams won two out of three and Captain, Donna Levingbird one of her two frames.

The bottom two teams also faced each other and Eltham Terrace Nuthouse switched places with Fox & Hounds in what turned out to be a topsy-turvy night.

Nuthouse won the first three frames but Fox pulled it back to 3-2, then Nuthouse re-established a three frame lead with two on the bounce before Fox took the next five frames to take a 7-5 lead themselves.

Aaron Shephard pulled one back for Nuthouse then Captain, Craig Jones equalised with his third frame win of the night.

Shane O'Reilly faced Fox Captain, Kerry Wyatt in the final frame decider, with O'Reilly coming from behind in a tactical battle to win his third frame and give his team the 8-7 victory.

Each of the top five teams in the SLKPA Premier Division played a team in the bottom five and they all came away with handsome victories.

Top played bottom as O'Connors met North Heath Social Club and their class showed, as they followed up their whitewash win last week with a 12-3 triumph.

Falconwood Club halted Crayford Social Club Rugrats recent run of great form with an 11-4 win over them.

The victors did most of the damage in the first set, winning it 4-1 and they never looked back.

It was a superb overall team performance with every player contributing at least a frame to the victory, however there were two unbeaten players, Paul Elford and Barry Barham, both with a brace.

Stacy Redman and Ian Cruwys had their own personal battle, meeting each other in each set, with Redman making some excellent clearances to come out on top by two frames to one.

Bellegrove pile on the pressure for Pickwick with a comprehensive 12-3 victory over them.

It was another poor performance from Pickwick, who felt they had no luck throughout the match and are losing confidence with every frame they play.

Craig Mallinder, Tony Halpin and Clive Black all finished on unbeaten hat-tricks for the Bellegrove.

Hotshots extend their unbeaten run to nine games after an 11-4 win over Glenmore Arms A.

The match was won by the end of the second set, with Hotshots taking them, 5-0 and 4-1 but they must have taken their foot off the gas in the final set, as Glenmore won it, 3-2.

Danny Kelliher and Richard Chapman were the top players on the night, both winning all three of their frames.

Eltham Terrace Club A hold the bragging rights at Eltham Terrace, as they beat Rovers by 10 frames to 5.

The match was a lot closer than the score line suggests, with many frames in the balance.

Rovers Darren Porter played a captain's role, performing a 7-baller in both the first and third sets to try and rally his troops but it was not to be.

Eltham's Shane Hutley won two out of two and Dave Rawlinson would have won all three of his frames were it not for Kevin England pulling off a massive victory in the final set.

Royal Oak B threw SLKPA Division Two into turmoil after withdrawing from the league but the show must go on and both games played finished with the same score.

Bellegrove Social Club went to Glenmore Arms 2 and beat them by 9 frames to 6 to stay top of the table.

Third played fourth, as Foots Cray Social Club faced Crayford Social Club 2 and it was the team in fourth who won 9-6 to close the gap between them to just one point.
