Week eight of the South London & Kent Pool Alliance and O'Connors have hit the top of the Premier Division after whitewashing Pickwick, 15-0.

Jordan O'Connor was on absolute fire, performing a break and dish in frame six and clearing up after a dry break in frame eleven.

If that wasn't enough, in his first frame he potted an amazing yellow, using the centre knuckle to get out of a snooker in doing so.

Adam Everitt also got in on the break and dish act in frame eight.

Pickwick made just about every mistake you could make on a pool table but on the other hand O'Connors were brilliant.

Previous leaders, Bellegrove have dropped to fourth, as they were beaten by Crayford Social Club Rugrats, who are now just four points behind their opponents.Rugrats continued their impressive run of form and took the first set, 4-1 but Bellegrove battled back and won the second set, 3-2.

Rugrats then upset the apple cart and won the final set by 4 frames to 1, making the final score 10-5.

The whole team performed well, with Scott Shephard, Steve Gibson, Shane Burnett, Ian Cruwys and Alan Enever aall winning two of their three frames.

Falconwood Club are in third place after a superb 12-3 victory over Eltham Terrace Rovers.

The match was won before Rovers got a frame on the board, as Falconwood notched up the first eight frames, before Darren Porter took the ninth for Rovers.

The last set was a lot closer, with Falconwood taking it by the odd frame, 3-2 although Porter won the last frame for his two out of three frame wins.

Falconwood Captain, Paul Elford won his only frame but Alex Lawrence and Stacy Redman both won all three of their frames, with Redman's including a dish in his second frame.

James Grant won the first frame for Glenmore Arms A against Eltham Terrace Club A but Eltham went on to take a 7-3 lead going into the final set.

Glenmore fought hard and levelled the score at 7 all to send the match into a final frame decider, where Tony Stevens pulled off an excellent clearance after Dave Rawlinson's foul break to finish off Glenmore's remarkable comeback and give them the 8-7 triumph.

Greg Phillimore also left his opponent with seven balls on the table in the second set and Dean Geary-Parr was the only unbeaten player, winning both his frames.

Hotshots stay in second and unbeaten with an 11-4 victory over bottom team, North Heath Social Club.

Every match in SLKPA's Division Two ended 9-6,with Bellegrove A and Bellegrove Social Club occupying the top two spots after beating, Crayford Social Club 2 and Foots Cray Social Club respectively.

In the other match the two bottom sides met, as Greyhound Elite won their second match of the season against Royal Oak B.

John Hurd and Bill Mossom won two of their three frames but Bill's son, Sam was unbeaten with two frame wins.

In the SLKPA first division Royal Oak's other side, the Addicks were on the right side of a 9-6 score line, as they beat Eltham Terrace Nuthouse.

The first two sets were won, 3-2 with each side taking one but Addicks won the first four frames of the final set to clinch victory, before Nuthouse took the last frame.

Craig Jones, Shane O'Reilly and Clare Stork all did their utmost to reverse the score for Nuthouse, all winning two of their three frames.

This result sends Nuthouse back to the bottom, whereas Addicks are still second.

Falconwood Social are still seven points ahead of Addicks, after they beat Eltham Terrace Rack Pack, also by 9 frames to 6.

The result could have been a whole lot worse for Rack Pack, as they were 8-1 down at one stage but continued to battle and ended up winning the last set 4-1 to make the score more respectable.

Tony Frost inspired the comeback by winning two of his three frames, including a brilliant total clearance and he was joined by Dan O'Rourke on two out of three.

Falconwood's Paul Doherty was the only unbeaten player, winning both his frames.

Pickwick Academicals Captain, Donna Levingbird is a happy bunny, after coming back from 6-4 down to beatt Fox & Hounds, 8-7.

The main reason for her happiness is that every player chipped in with at least one frame win.

The most important one though was Dean Williams with the final frame decider.

This is an important victory, as it keeps Academicals two points ahead of their opponents in third.
