After they were cut down to size last week, Royal Oak Addicks bounced back this week with a massive win over Fox & Hounds in the South London & Kent Pool Alliance Division One.

The Addicks were in impressive form, rattling off the first ten frames before Fox recorded their first and only victory in frame eleven by Alan Dolan.

Mick Gormley, Kevin Connor and Craig Riding all achieved unbeaten hat-tricks, with Ben O'Brien and Dave Glenwright each winning both of their frames in the Addicks 14-1 victory.

This was the only game in the division this week and the result takes Addicks fourteen points clear of Rack Pack and Academicals in third and closes the gap between them and Falconwood at the top to seven points.

There was no change at the top of the SLKPA Premier Division, as the top two teams both recorded 8-7 victories.

Bellegrove were expected to beat Eltham Terrace Rovers by a bigger score line but Rovers battled hard and the seven places between them in the table didn't show.

The inspiration behind Bellegrove's triumph was George Covington with three out of three frame wins.

Second played third, as Hotshots took on O'Connors and it was the home team who took the honours and remain unbeaten.

Hotshots took the first set, 4-1 but O'Connors came back and won the second by 3 frames to 2.

Hotshots went in to the final set 6-4 up, needing only two frames to clinch the match and they did this with the first two frames of the set, although O'Connors did win the last three frames to make the score a more respectable 8-7.

The dependable Danny Kelliher was on fire again, winning all three of his frames.

Falconwood Club have overtaken O'Connors in to third after an impressive 13-2 triumph over Glenmore Arms A.

Barry Barham won all three of his frames against his former team and he was joined by Stacy Redman and Declan Kelly, with skipper Paul Elford chipping in by winning his only frame.

Eltham Terrace Club A got back to winning ways with a win over bottom team, North Heath Social Club.

Eltham won the first set 3-2 but soon found themselves 4-3 down, as Ian Stringer and Kev Nankoo both won their second frames of the night.

However a superb break and dish from Mark Eldridge brought Eltham back to life and they not only won the next three frames for the set but also all five frames in the final set for an 11-4 win overall.

Eldridge went on to win another frame in the final set, giving him two out of two frame wins and he was joined by Shane Hutley and the Dans, Vowles and Heinink.

The margin of victory didn't reflect how well North Heath played and the match was much closer than the score suggests.

Crayford Social Club Rugrats picked up their fifth win of the season, as they capitalised on Pickwick's mistakes to secure a 9-6 victory to leapfrog their opponents in to sixth.

Despite the loss Pickwick had two undefeated players, with Allan Formosa and George Hammond winning two frames each and Rugrats Captain, Scott Shephard also finished on the same score.

Glenmore Arms 2 have jumped to the top of SLKPA Division Two with a 10-5 victory over Greyhound Elite.

Despite the loss, Greyhound's James Fickling performed a 7-baller.

Glenmore have gone top but they are on equal points with Bellegrove A, after they lost the battle of the Bellegrove.

It was always going to be a close match between Bellegrove A and Bellegrove Social Club but the Social Club came away with the bragging rights after an 8-7 victory.

Keith Smith did his best to change that with an unbeaten hat-trick for Bellegrove A.

The final game in the division finished with a walkover win to Crayford Social Club 2, as Royal Oak B couldn't field a side. For more information on the SLKPA including league tables visit our website at www.slkpa.com or contact our Secretary Paul Gafa on 07443 456662 with any queries.
