Bromley Tennis Centre will be hosting their very first Community Tennis Festival next Sunday (November 8), in celebration of the opening of a brand new four-court airdrome facility.
Every winter the club’s ten courts will be able to transform into an indoor facility, increasing the opportunity for local player to enjoy the game all year round.
The Festival will provide an opportunity for local residents to view Bromley’s new high-tech facilities and even receive some coaching from the club’s qualified coaches.
Schedule
12-2pm:
3-4 years – join Sally on our Tots Tennis courts for fun games and tennis skills
5-8 years – join Sue on our Mini Red courts for tennis skills, fun games and free play
8-10 years – join Simon and Holly on our Orange and Green courts for tennis skills and free play
11 years + – join Dean on our Junior courts for free play and tennis drills/skills
Adults – join Brian on our Adult courts for tennis skills, free play and Cardio Tennis
2pm
Cathie Sabin, President of the LTA, will be officially opening the airdome, which was built with a grant from the Tennis Foundation.
3pm
Kent tennis stars of all ages will compete against each other in a fast and exciting team competition.
