Fly-half Freddie Gabbitass praised the efforts of Blackheath after they came from behind to defeat Loughborough Students on Saturday.
High-flying ‘Heath went in at half-time trailing 7-0 but an accomplished performance after the break enabled the visitors to seal an invaluable win over the Students.
“It was really pleasing to get that result,” said Gabbitass, who is a product of the Bath Rugby academy and has represented England U18s.

“Conditions were tough and winning games away from home is always difficult but we did the basics well.
“At half-time I was in no doubt that we would turn it around if we played to our ability and thankfully that’s what happened.
“It’s a good sign that we were able to win away from home without necessarily being at our best, but there’s still a few areas to work on and improve on.”
